Weight Loss Program Reviews - Gain Muscle, Lose Fat

So you think you are ready to start losing weight but you aren’t sure which weight loss program you should go with? I can imagine that it must be difficult, there are so many different programs to choose from. It is for that reason that we have decided to give you some of the top weight loss program reviews so you can make a better choice.

Group Weight Loss

There are many different weight loss programs that fall in this category so we decided to lump them all together. These would include programs like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig. Many of these programs are done in a group environment and either have their own lines of food or recommended systems of eating, like the Weight Watchers Points Program. These types of weight loss systems can work well but they require a long term commitment. I have known people that have failed and people that have succeeded with these kinds of programs with equal effort.

Low Carb

There are several programs that fall under this category, the most well known being Atkins. This type of program works great for weight loss, if only for the short term. I know a lot of people who lost a lot of weight on Atkins, myself included, only to return to their normal way of eating and gain the weight again.

Gain Muscle, Lose Fat

This, in my opinion is the real way to go for lasting weight loss. By adding muscle to your body you will look better, feel better and boost your metabolism so that you are burning fat on a continuous basis.
